We will not be able accept any money transactions through the internet at this time. If you would like to order any of our products, please give us a call at (909) 595-3488, or print this order form out and send it to us through Fax at (909) 595-3958

Once we have received your request form, we will notify you with a confirmation email that we have received your request. No confirmation email will be sent at this time for orders mailed or faxed using the order form. Once sent, please allow up to 2 business days for us to contact you through phone or email for a price quote of the products you want as indicated when you fill out the Request for Quote Form. (*note: we will not, at this time, ask for any of your credit card or billing information)

The Request for Quote Form is simply for us to get your contact information and products you are interested in purchasing from us. Once we have replied to you with a price quote, you may choose to accept or decline our price offer. If accepted, we will send you an invoice of your order through email. Then, you have 2 options for payment.

Payment Methods:

1. If you reside locally from us (Check map under "Contact Us" section for more details), you may come directly to our location to pay in check (personal checks accepted only if you open a dealership account with us) or credit card. Please note: We accept Visa and Mastercard only. (Recommended choice of payment)

2. You can send a copy of the invoice we send you and a check to us through our mailing address. Please note that we only accept company and personal checks if and only if you open a dealership account with us. To open a dealership account with us, please give us a call at (909) 595-3488. If you want to make a C.O.D payment, we will only accept money orders or cashier checks.

Please allow 1 to 2 business days upon receiving your mail for us to process your order and shipment. All personal checks will be processed 10 days from the day received.

Shipping Information

We ship all products via UPS Ground only. All shipments will require receiver's signature. For C.O.D. payments, a fee of $7.50 US will be added to the total amount. Other shipping methods are available upon request, but additional fees will be charged towards your order. Tracking number for all UPS shipment will be sent to you through email when order is shipped.
