| This
section provides most software, drivers, and documentations
that support our DVR capture cards and DVR systems, and they
are generally included in the CDs that come with the products.
Please note that not all softwares and drivers from the original
CD can be found here. If you have misplaced/lost the original
software/drivers CD of the product, and in the case that you
cannot find them under this section, you can contact us via
phone or email to request a copy. In some cases, the version
of your software may be too old, and we may not have the versions
you need if you have bought from us over 2 years ago. Please
call us to check. Additionally, please note that for all requests
for copies of original CD, software, or drivers, there will
be a small fee for service, shipping, and handling. Rates are
determined once we confirmed your request over the phone. |
