on-site service and lifetime off-site Internet Remote
Service. (This is limited to customers who has internet
access and is conneted to the DVR) |

We offer lifetime
phone service with expert phone support for your everyday
needs. |

SERVICE
IS TRANSFERABLE - No matter who the owner is, as
long as the system is built and installed by APEC, we
will always provide services during the warranty period.
After the warranty period, each on-site service is charged
per hour. Charge fees vary depending on the type of services
requested. |
